We are bringing new meaning to personal training. With our highly qualified trainers we are passionate about helping you reach greater levels of fitness you may never have known. We will enhance physical fitness and sports performance through sound resistance training techniques, proper individualized dietary needs and positive reinforcement of healthy lifestyle changes. ONE-ON-ONE
Clients will be assigned to a specific trainer that they will be working with for every session. The trainer will devise a program based on the goals, needs, interests, fitness level, and medical background of the client.
SMALL GROUP
This is a great way to get fit and receive some of the benefits of personal training with friends, family, and co-workers at an affordable price. Groups must include at least two people and no more than five.
SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING
This will be appointment only; your trainer will tailor a sport-specific program to help you reach your performance goals.
All personal training sessions are by appointment only.
