Strength

Strength class is a 30 minute class that combines the intensity of circuit training with the benefit of having a personal trainer. Each class focuses on a different muscle group while keeping your heart rate up and your muscles burning. The trainer will modify each exercise to adhere to any level of fitness. This class is perfect for burning fat and increasing muscle when you’re pressed for time!

 

Zumba

More than just a dance craze, this Latin inspired, high energy class is fun yet challenging. Our Zumba classes vary in intensity and style with modifications to allow anyone in on the fun!  Great for burning calories and releasing stress!

 

Zumba Toning

All the energy and fun of regular Zumba with the added challenge of weighted zumba sticks! Great for slimming down and toning up!

 

XFit

Our experienced and knowledgeable trainers will take you through an innovative workout using endurance, power, agility, and strength using the latest equipment such as battle ropes, kettle bells, tires, and more! A high intensity workout bringing out the physical and mental strength you never knew you had!

 

Cardio Kick

More than just kicking and punching, this killer cardio workout is a nonstop sequence of drills and exercises challenging your speed and stamina while building strength and endurance.

 

Boot Camp

Accept no imitations! Our boot camp is designed by a former member of the US Army using traditional military style training utilizing your own body weight and partner drills.

 

TRX

This class uses the world famous TRX suspension equipment designed to deliver a total body workout with an emphasis on core strength.  The variations and possibilities are endless with TRX which makes it perfect for a person of any fitness level. 

 

Pole Fitness

Exclusively at Pinnacle Fitness & Wellness, you will not find another gym that has certified instructors who combine strength & fitness with flirtation and fun! No need to be intimidated, new comers are common, but quickly become masters of the pole!

Traditional Hatha Yoga, focusing on strengthening mind and body, this class is perfect for anyone looking to improve or maintain flexibility, strength, balance, and overall health. Our experienced instructors offer beginner and advanced modifications throughout the class.

 

Personal Training

Personal training is the core of Pinnacle Fitness & Wellness.  The company started years ago as a small personal training studio, devoted to the development of the perfect exercise program for each individual with the knowledge and expertise to assure each client reached their full potential. Today, we continue to deliver that same attention to the specific needs of our clients. Often overlooked and generalized by other gyms, personal training should involve a program customized to fit the needs and goals of each individual. We employ only the most qualified and experienced trainers that will provide you with a safe, efficient, exciting and progressive workout.

 

Personal Training Options include:  One on One, small group training, sport specific & athletic training, and physical recovery & rehabilitation.

 

Nutrition Counseling

This service is provided by co-owner Christina McGinn. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science and extensive knowledge in the food and Nutrition field Christina assesses each client’s nutritional needs on an individual basis and helps implement a program to fit your life style and fitness goals. The importance of diet within a fitness program is often under estimated and not executed properly. With Christina’s help and the right nutrition you can be sure you are getting the most out of your training.
