Drew, I can not thank you enough for all of your training, coaching and guidance over the past two and a half years. You have taken my fitness to a level that I never thought was possible. I can't believe how far I have come since I started training with you. Just think a year ago I could barely run 3 miles and this summer I completed two triathlons rode 175 miles on my bike in 2 days and will run my first half marathon in a couple of weeks. I am especially grateful to you for all your patience, hard work, support, words of encouragement and finding the solutions to all of my issues. Drew transformed me into an athlete. Drew took the time to train me in a way that would ensure that I performed at my best on event day. In addition to becoming stronger I have learned how to listen - wow that is something. Everything that I have accomplished this summer has been a very rewarding experience and I know that I couldn't have done it without your help and encouragement.

I was very reluctant about personal training until I met Drew and his staff at Pinnacle Fitness. When I signed up on January 3, 2012 I weighed 309lbs and was taking diabtes and cholesterol medication. On that same day I was introduced to my trainer Jim Casalunova. Jim took time with me to address what I wanted to accomplish from my personal training program and the weight goals I wanted to hit. Aside from my goals, Jim set his own which were to help me get off all of my medications. His encouragement at every session made me feel that I was important and kept me focused. Now it is a year later and I weigh 72lbs less, more toned and healthy, and off all of my medications!
